AstraZeneca is hiring a T&D Project Specialist in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support planning, execution, and completion of global T&D projects and system implementations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for project collaborators, including cross‑functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Assist in identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks and issues.
• Track project progress and generate regular status reports using Smartsheet.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2+ years' experience in project coordination, preferably in a integral or cross‑functional environment.
