Position: Undergraduate Work – TD Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) Leadership Associate Program – Audit & Finance Stream
Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Hours: 37.5 per week
Pay: $75,000 CAD per year (subject to experience and qualifications)

Program Overview

The 30‑month CPA Leadership Associate Program is an immersive training experience designed to develop a leadership pipeline for careers in Audit and Finance at TD. Participants will rotate through Internal Audit and Finance functions, meet CPA task statements, and expand their professional network.

Rotations

• Internal Audit – 2 rotations of 8 months each: work across TD Securities, Retail, IT, Wealth, and Finance teams.
• Chief Accountant’s Department – 1 rotation of 14 months: exposure to financial reporting and accounting policy implementation.
