As a TCS Specialist, you will support the Services Operations team by assisting with Technical Contact Standardization (TCS) reviews, process documentation, and operational initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across TCS deliverables while helping drive standardization and scalability as volume increases. You will collaborate with stakeholders across teams, support ongoing process improvement efforts, and provide operational relief for senior team members by managing repeatable tasks and maintaining quality standards.
