About the Role The role involves managing the lifecycle of EUC devices, ensuring proper configuration, inventory management, and compliance with organizational standards. Responsibilitie sLifecycle Managemen t: Forecast and order management for EUC devices. Coordination with third-party vendors for purchase orders. Receiving, tagging, and stocking of devices. Spare and stock management for timely replacements .Device Configuration & Provisionin g: Configure and provision devices as per organizational standards. Coordinate with logistics service providers during provisioning. Ensure proper catalog and inventory management .Inventory & CMDB Managemen t :Maintain accurate inventory records and catalog updates .Update CMDB for all EUC assets .Track device health and lifecycle status .Refresh and Disposal Service s: Manage device refresh cycles based on lifecycle policies.
