In this role you drive the end-to-end delivery and onboarding of eBanking Trade Finance solutions within the Trade Customer Support scope. You collaborate with sales and the Trade Finance Competence Center to streamline digital onboarding and ensure solid level 1 support for front-end assets. You will showcase solutions, manage contracts and user access, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain service continuity. This is a hands-on, multi-project role with a clear impact on digitalizing Trade Finance for clients across Europe.
