Responsibilities
- Supervision of tax compliance activities of Spain and Portugal entities:
- Supervision of accurate filing of tax returns and execution of Internal PepsiCo controls for the Spanish and Portuguese legal entities before 7 different tax administrations (VAT, SII, Intrastat, informative declarations intracommunity, annual VAT summary statements, IGIC, SAFT, Ticket bai, sugar tax, plastic tax, etc.).
- Supervision of other tax compliance procedures before the different administrations: answer to tax requirements, manage tax certificate requests, present non‑periodic returns, manage and promote tax refunds, and handle incidents that may arise with the adm...
