Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation, review, and timely filing of VAT and Income Tax advace payments, ensuring accuracy and full compliance.
- Manage interactions with tax authorities, including support and leading audit processes and responding to inquiries.
- Take leadership and ensure the timely fulfillment of information requests from the external auditor
- Experience working in IMMEX-certified companies is preferred.
- Ensure full compliance with electronic invoicing (CFDI) and other digital tax obligations, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions where needed.
- Lead the preparation, review, and submission of tax refund claims, ensuring completeness and technical support of documentation.
- Support and review the preparation of the annual income tax return and related schedules.
