Key responsibilities
Provide tax and tax accounting expertise across strategic projects, ensuring tax requirements are embedded into project design and delivery.Support the implementation and enhancement of warehouse and transport management solutions, ensuring Australian tax compliance obligations are met.Partner with project teams on initiatives to optimise and consolidate Asahi’s distribution footprint across the Eastern seaboard of Australia.Develop and execute tax-related test scenarios to validate system configurations, processes and required outcomes.Identify, investigate and resolve tax-related system defects and issues, while ensuring accurate migration of tax-related data.Review business process designs, training materials and operating procedures, providing practical tax advice aligned to commercial objectives.
