Tax Manager / Assistant Manager

Job Description

The Tax Manager / Assistant Manager (Mandarin Team), will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations, preparing tax filings, and optimizing tax strategies for the company’s clients. This role involves analyzing tax laws, advising on tax-related matters, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure proper tax reporting and planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file corporate & personal tax returns, including income tax, SST, WHT, stamp duty and other applicable taxes.
• Prepare tax computations and supporting schedules for all client.
• Work closely with finance and accounting teams to reconcile tax obligations.
• Assist in tax audits and liaise with tax authorities when necessary.
• Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
• Provide tax advisory support for business transactions and expansions.
