We are seeking an experienced LATAM Indirect Tax Manager to lead and own indirect tax matters across Spanish‑speaking Latin American countries, with primary focus on Mexico, Peru, and Chile, and the ability to support additional LATAM countries as the scope evolves. Reporting to the Senior Tax Director, Global Indirect Tax, this role is responsible for indirect tax compliance, audit management, and day‑to‑day advisory support in a complex and fast‑paced business environment. This is a hands‑on manager role that balances technical tax execution with a mandate for process transformation. In addition to managing end‑to‑end indirect tax compliance in‑house, the role plays a key part in evolving how indirect tax work is performed by modernizing workflows and embedding tax requirements into financial systems.
