Duties & Responsibilities
- Income Tax_
- Assist with preparation of the consolidation of the global income tax provision and preparation
of US federal/state tax calculations in accordance with ASC 740 and financial statement
disclosures on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Assist with tax controls process and documentation.
- Assist with preparation and review in the federal and state/local tax compliance process to
ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and payment of estimated taxes.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory tax developments and communicate the effects of these
developments to management and the tax team.
- Regularly interact with tax authorities, including but not limited to management of tax audits,
response to tax notices, and independent resolution of tax matters.
- Develop effective working relationships with non-tax counterparts in finance, legal and treasury.
