Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparation and analysis of VAT return on a monthly /bi-monthly/ quarterly basis
- Provide Intrastat, EU Sales reports (if required preparing additional country specify reports)
- Ensure compliance with country specific rules and obligations, meeting deadlines for all reports
- Carry out accounting entries associated to VAT liquidations
- Cooperate with other functions and provide support by answering VAT related queries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance related field
- Written and verbal fluency in English
- Understanding of basic VAT obligations and regulations (must)
- Accounting knowledge
- Strong analytical skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge
- Good communication and influencing skills; easily adapts to changes
