We are looking for a TAq Partner to join the team and support hiring throughout the United States. This role will be responsible for delivering a high-quality full-cycle recruitment process. It involves partnering with hiring managers and team members to identify talent, develop hiring strategies, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Key Accountabilities- Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for roles focused on the US market
- Collaborate with the Global Recruitment organisation to support the implementation of recruitment processes, standards, and success measures
- Work with EBRM and other partners to develop and review candidate-facing communications in line with employer brand guidelines
