- Shape our talent strategy. Define and improve how we hire, navigate trade‑offs that maximize value, and keep hiring a competitive advantage.
- Continuously experiment and improve. Challenge assumptions, run rigorous experiments, and use evidence to identify better ways to attract, assess and hire outstanding people.
- Own hiring end‑to‑end. Run the full recruiting loop—from sourcing to final decision—using AI and modern tooling to accelerate the process while applying human judgment where it matters most.
