Remote Choice in South Africa is seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to support delivery of high-quality assignments. You will focus on candidate sourcing, headhunting, and engaging candidates while supporting the wider team with shortlist generation.

You will build strong candidate relationships, craft profiles and CVs, and conduct market research using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms. The role requires a proactive, KPI-driven mindset and excellent communication.
