About the Role
We are looking for driven Sourcers to help build strong candidate pipelines for U.S.-based positions. In this role, you will focus on identifying and engaging potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, and passing qualified leads to our recruiting team. Success is measured by clear performance metrics, with strong potential for career growth as we expand our Pakistan team.
