Talent Management Partner Role

Position Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)

The Talent Management Partner plays a critical role in supporting Talent Management operations by providing comprehensive administrative and technical support across North America (NA) and select global initiatives

Responsibilitie

• Perform tasks within Company Academy related to training administration, training records, reporting, end-user support, and help requests.
• Manage and respond to Company -Training inbox inquiries, including support for mandatory compliance training.
• Maintain communication with the Company Master Data team for SAP updates impacting Company Academy.
• Maintain and update Peak Performance application data and troubleshoot end-user issues with a deep understanding of the app’s functionality and configuration, generate reports.
