Talent & Learning Strategist

Citadel Pacific Ltd. is looking for a Talent and Learning Specialist to join their Pacific Human Resources Team. This role focuses on identifying training needs, overseeing the design of training programs, and managing the Learning Management System.

Responsibilities include facilitating learning sessions, monitoring program effectiveness, and collaborating with HR teams. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience, is required. Familiarity with learning management systems is a plus and a passion for learning initiatives is essential.
