Position Title: Specialized Talent Head Hunter

Job Details

• Job Type: Part-time
• Pay: $34,000 - $68,000 per hour
• Expected hours: 20 per week

Responsibilities

• You will be mainly working on pipelining talent for the selection process and managing recruitment channels.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and updating sourcing strategies and processes.
• Identify prospects through strong research by using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and new higher turnover rate, and put together weekly/monthly reports for Hiring Managers.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience building talent pipelines
