About the Role
Lead and develop a high‑performing Talent Experience team, ensuring a best‑in‑class candidate experience across the recruitment lifecycle.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage workloads and service levels, and ensure every candidate touchpoint meets the highest standard.
You will act as the guardian of the candidate journey, coordinating interviews, communication and hiring processes, supporting broader Talent Acquisition objectives and driving operational enhancements.
