We are looking for the Talent & Engagement Manager, Americas. This role focuses on the Americas region, shaping and executing the company’s talent strategy to attract, develop, engage and retain talent to support business objectives and growth.

Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Staffing Design and implement initiatives to strengthen talent attraction strategies and enhance employer branding across the region. Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools and candidate experience across the region. Support workforce planning activities in partnership with HR Business Partners and business leaders.
