**Responsibilities**:
- Experience in designing Learning Programs, manage Project Plans.
- Prior Training experience (Proven work experience as a Training Specialist, Trainer, Training Facilitator, Course design, or similar role).
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation.
- Excellent knowledge of labor law and relevant legislation (STPS Regulations, NOM 035, ISO Requirements).
