Key Responsibilities- Design and implement talent development programmes that enhance employee capabilities and support organisational growth
- Identify learning and development needs across teams through performance reviews, feedback, and skills gap analysis
- Develop engaging training materials, workshops, and learning resources tailored to different roles and levels
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, onboarding programmes, and professional development initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through assessments, feedback, and performance data
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to align talent development strategies with business objectives
