Talent Development & Acquisition Associate (Sevilla)

Role Purpose

We are looking for a highly proactive and analytical HR professional to join our HR Team in a hybrid role combining Talent Acquisition operations and HR analytics support.

This role is designed for someone execution-oriented, structured and comfortable working with data, capable of managing recruitment processes while also contributing to dashboards, reporting and process improvement within the HR function.

The position plays a key role in supporting the operational scalability and data-driven evolution of the HR area.

The role is split approximately: 50% Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Operations; 50% HR Analytics, Process Improvement & Employee Experience Support.
