JOB DESCRIPTION
Your role: Support the Staffing Manager in identifying professional profiles for banking engineers, with the goal of facilitating new assignments and reducing the number of people in banking.
Responsibilities
- Identify engineers whose assignments are about to end.
- Conduct interviews and profile engineers.
- Coordinate interviews between projects and available engineers.
- Maintain constant contact with people in banking, considering their interests and aspirations.
- Share interview feedback with engineers.
- Support the Staffing Manager with administrative and operational tasks related to the area.
Skills required
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of office tools: Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent attitude, social skills, and effective communication skills.
