As a Talent & Culture Technician reporting to the Talent & Culture Business Partner, you will play a key role within the Talent & Culture team. You will provide a high level of service to internal customers and apply your knowledge of human resources and administration to ensure an optimal employee experience. You will provide support to requests related to working conditions, contracts, the employee benefits program, the HR information system as well as the continuous improvement of LCI Education's processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to various requests and questions from employees related to their working conditions;
- Work closely with the Business Partner on various HR files;
- Maintain the files used in the HRIS (DayForce) by adding relevant documents;
