As the Talent Coordinator you’ll be the go‑to support for employee data changes, benefits, leaves, and onboarding administration. This role helps ensure employees have a smooth and positive experience from the moment they join the college and throughout their time with us.
Responsibilities
- Utilize and manage the HR Information Systems (HRIS) to access and revise employee data.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, including processing hires, transfers, data changes, and leaves.
- Support the administration of benefits and pension plans—enrollment, changes, terminations, and responding to employee questions.
- Partner with benefit providers and internal teams to ensure smooth, accurate processing.
