As a Talent Consultant, you will provide one-on-one coaching sessions and career development support to employees across various geographies. You will guide individuals through career planning, job search strategies, resume enhancement, interview preparation, and career transition initiatives.
This is a high-impact, employee-facing role that requires strong coaching, recruitment, and talent development experience within large enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one career coaching sessions via phone and virtual meetings
- Support employees across PH, India, US, and Puerto Rico
- Assess career goals, skills, experience, and development needs
- Create personalized career development plans
