Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stages.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and recruiters, responding promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Manage the global pre‑onboarding processes for new Priceliners in collaboration with HR Operations and IT teams.
- Coordinate global orientation schedules, with specific focus on conducting orientation sessions in the Toronto office.
- Provide exceptional service to hiring managers and interviewers, including C‑level executives, by managing expectations and facilitating smooth recruitment operations.
- Handle event logistics for virtual and in‑person interviews, including coordination, administrative support, follow‑up, and proactive problem‑solving.
