**Key Responsibilities**:- Provide strategic and tactical support in the executive talent management space, aligning with the vision and strategic plan of the Talent and Learning Strategy and Communications organization.
- Project manage executive talent management processes and activities across L1 organizations and for ELT/CEO/board talent reviews, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Experience and Executive Solutions team to enhance client experiences and improve business outcomes.
