Job Description
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Design, development, and execution of the new graduate hiring in Japan
+ Analyze trends in the Japanese new graduate hiring market
+ Design and implement new recruiting processes and internship programs
+ Enhance employer branding and candidate attraction through branding initiatives focused on new graduate hiring
+ Work closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and other HR teams to develop and deliver the Japan new graduate hiring strategy
+ Lead improvement and expansion projects of candidate engagement and care initiatives to support intern and new graduate onboarding as well as intern to graduate conversions
