Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition & Workforce Staffing Manager, you will own and build the end-to-end hiring engine – scaling high-volume recruitment while designing the systems, channels, and processes that power it. This is a hands‑on leadership role combining team management, operational execution, and experimentation across digital and offline channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a team of recruiters across sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Own monthly hiring targets (200+ hires) with consistent quality and pipeline flow
- Design and optimize hiring workflows, SLAs, and funnel metrics
- Implement structured interviews and evaluation frameworks
- Partner with training teams to ensure seamless onboarding transitions
- Manage budgets, channel mix, and cost-per-hire efficiency
