Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition & Workforce Staffing Manager , you will own and build the end-to-end hiring engine - scaling high-volume recruitment while designing the systems, channels, and processes that power it. This is a hands‑on leadership role combining team management, operational execution, and experimentation across digital and offline channels.

• Lead and scale a team of recruiters across sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Own monthly hiring targets (200+ hires) with consistent quality and pipeline flow
• Design and optimize hiring workflows, SLAs, and funnel metrics
