Role Overview

TaskUs is seeking a Talent Acquisition Systems Expert to lead the implementation and continuous evolution of our Talent Acquisition technology stack. The role will ensure a flawless transition to Workday Recruiting, leverage cutting‑edge AI tools, and deliver a world‑class candidate experience.

Required Qualifications

• Workday Experience: 2+ years, including at least two full‑lifecycle implementations of the Recruiting module.
• AI/ML Integration: Demonstrated experience implementing AI/ML tools within recruitment workflows (chatbots, automated screening, predictive analytics).
• Talent Acquisition Knowledge: Understanding of high‑volume and executive recruiting, and ability to build systems to support both.
• Technical Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in Workday Calculated Fields, EIBs, Report Writer, and Security Groups.
