Culligan Mexico is looking for a Talent Acquisition Sr Supervisor to lead our talent attraction strategy and ensure we bring in the best profiles to drive the organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the recruitment and selection strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead and develop the recruiting team, setting goals, KPIs, and growth plans
- Define and monitor key metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, quality of hire)
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with area leaders to understand their talent needs
- Manage employer branding and presence across recruitment platforms
- Optimize selection processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
- Negotiate and manage relationships with external providers (headhunters, job boards, ATS)
