Talent Acquisition Sr Supervisor

Culligan Mexico is looking for a Talent Acquisition Sr Supervisor to lead our talent attraction strategy and ensure we bring in the best profiles to drive the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the recruitment and selection strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead and develop the recruiting team, setting goals, KPIs, and growth plans
• Define and monitor key metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, quality of hire)
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with area leaders to understand their talent needs
• Manage employer branding and presence across recruitment platforms
• Optimize selection processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
