You will execute Talent Acquisition programs to ensure the availability of qualified talent aligned with the company’s strategic needs, while proactively sourcing, attracting, and engaging candidates who are a strong fit for open positions across the organization.

• Receive and manage hiring requests to initiate recruitment and selection processes across different business lines and functional areas, using SAP SuccessFactors (SF)
• Conduct job profile intake sessions in partnership with business leaders and collaborate closely with the recruiting team to assign activities and meet hiring objectives, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up in SF
• Actively leverage approved job boards, social media channels, and ATS tools, including SAP SuccessFactors, to post vacancies and support talent attraction, screening, and candidate management
