As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you are responsible for leading the full‑cycle recruitment process for both hourly and salaried roles. In this position, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and your HR team to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies that help us identify, attract, and hire top‑tier talent.
This role requires someone who is self‑driven, able to work independently, and take initiative beyond the basic expectations of the role. You’ll need to thrive in an environment where priorities can shift quickly, demonstrating flexibility in response to the natural ebbs and flows of construction projects.
