Qualifications & Responsibilities
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce (HR major preferred). An RPR designation is considered an asset.
Experience in HR generalist duties, recruitment projects, consulting with management, and knowledge of labour market trends and digital recruitment strategies are all important for success in this role.
