Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, leadership, retail, and high-volume warehouse roles
- Lead high-volume hiring initiatives for warehouse, distribution center, and store operations roles
- Proactively headhunt and engage passive candidates across retail and operations functions
- Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify top talent
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for store, warehouse, and hard-to-fill roles
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders, hiring managers, and operations teams
- Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and hiring strategies
- Lead intake meetings and drive hiring discussions
