Job Description - Telecom Recruiter
We are seeking a Telecom Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across telecom, fiber, construction, and infrastructure projects in the U.S. This role is critical to scaling operations with skilled trades and technical talent.
The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience recruiting within the telecom industry and be comfortable working with blue‑collar, field‑based profiles in fast‑paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting for telecom and infrastructure roles across the U.S.
- Recruit field and technical profiles, including Fiber Technicians, Splicers, Telecom Installers, CDL Drivers, Equipment Operators, Field Crews, Project Managers, and Foremen.
