• Source and attract top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, skills, and alignment with the company’s culture and role requirements.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a diverse pool of qualified candidates across various functions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support both immediate hiring needs and future workforce planning.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, candidate status, and market insights.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to‑date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
