Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned roles
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and reference checks
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment processes and strategies
• Define and implement Talent Acquisition and Onboarding improvements and new functionalities
• Generate recruitment reports and track metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate pipeline)

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (required)
