Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the full‑cycle recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent aligned with business needs.

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer acceptance.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, internal talent pools, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Stakeholder Partnership

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, market insights, and candidate selection.
