Compensation
- Expected base salary range is $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
- Post jobs on relevant advertising platforms.
- Conduct intake with hiring managers to determine the profile of the ideal candidate.
- Screen applicants for skill, experience, and knowledge in relation to job requirements.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, in‑person and online, with hiring managers and candidates.
- Provide information to potential candidates on benefits and other programs as part of the Employee Value Proposition.
- Award positions to union employees based on their Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
