- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels and communities.
- Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates through targeted outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate communities to support current and future hiring demand.
- Monitor labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity to identify sourcing opportunities and risks.
