Talent Acquisition Sourcer

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer at GovTech Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top‑tier tech talent to drive our mission of building Tech for Public Good. You will be a hands‑on partner, focusing on the crucial initial stages of the recruitment lifecycle, and contributing to the transformation of how GovTech attracts and secures the best minds in the industry. This role requires a strategic approach to talent identification, balancing immediate hiring needs with the long‑term development of our talent pipelines.

This will initially start off as a 12‑month contract.

• Strategic Sourcing: Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates for highly specialised tech roles, including but not limited to Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Science, and Cloud Architecture.
