Position Summary
The Driver Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified drivers to meet the company’s operational needs. This role includes active call‑outs, candidate follow‑ups, and end‑to‑end support during the recruitment and onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
Driver Sourcing & Call‑Outs
- Conduct daily call‑outs to potential driver applicants from job portals, referrals, walk‑ins, and internal databases.
- Reach out to active and passive candidates to invite them for interviews, orientations, and assessments.
- Maintain a high call‑out volume to ensure steady applicant flow.
Applicant Screening
- Pre‑screen candidates over the phone to verify qualifications, experience, licenses, and route or vehicle compatibility.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with recruitment or operations teams for evaluation.
