Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and highly collaborative Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team, dedicated exclusively to our fast-growing Data Centre business unit. In this role, you will be responsible for leading proactive sourcing, market mapping, and full-lifecycle recruitment across a highly technical and specialised portfolio, including Operations, Construction & Design, Energy & Sustainability, and dedicated Corporate Functions. You will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, EMEA, acting as a critical talent advisor to Data Centre leadership and HR Business Partners as we scale our infrastructure to meet surging integral demand.
