Role Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruiting process, including screening, interviewing, and recommending prospective employees for senior and lower-level positions based on qualifications, fit, and cultural alignment.
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to develop and maintain a highly qualified talent pool.
- Ensure progressive diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Meet or exceed benchmark satisfaction scores as well as operational and performance goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and candidates to build trust at every interaction.
- Articulate how the position aligns with the company’s strategy.
- Advise stakeholders about the recruiting environment and its impact on talent assessment.
- Drive the recruiting process through effective use of technology, time management, and organization.
