The Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across multiple functions and regions as BJAK continues to scale globally.
This is a hands‑on recruitment role for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple hiring priorities, and partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver hiring outcomes. You will have exposure to a wide range of functions including Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering, and other business‑critical teams.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles across multiple functions and locations.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and business priorities.
